I'm really glad this day's over. I had two defenses today... and I guess so do other course mates of mine. =) A toast to us! For doing the impossible and surviving it.
Now we have less than 3 days to study finance... ditto! ooohhh I can see it now... bloodbath...
Oh yeah, another thing...
While coming back from the bathroom, I met with my groupmates from marketing last semester... gosh, that sounded so long ago... one of them commented I got thin...!!! YOU, girl, are my new best friend! Nah! It was because I was hospitalized earlier this week.
I got an allergy attack from pancakes (yeah, looks can kill!) and was rushed to the ER (it sounded like a drama series). They stuck tubes in my nose and mouth to get the oxygen in (yeah! put it in!!!) and stuck needles out of nowhere... a dextrose (everyone in the hospital's got one)... blood samples (suckers!) and a relaxant (more like morphine).
To get to the point, I missed my Operations Mgt. finals... lost a few hours worth of doing papers and project proposals...
I didn't get it... the last time I was hospitalized was when I got typhoid fever in GRADE 1! And now my body decides to collapse a week before finals! Talk about bad timing! At least requirements week is over... I've gotten back the sleep I lost... but the eyebags aren't gone...yet.
